メイヴィス・ステイプルズ（Mavis Staples、1939年7月10日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国イリノイ州シカゴ出身のR&B/ゴスペル歌手、女優、公民権活動家。
彼女の家族によるバンド、ザ・ステイプル・シンガーズの一員として知られている。
「ローリング・ストーンの選ぶ歴史上最も偉大な100人のシンガー」において第56位にランクインしている。
サム・クック、ビッグ・メイベル、ダイナ・ワシントン、クララ・ウォード、マヘリア・ジャクソン、シスター・ロゼッタ・サープ、シャーリー・シーザーなどの影響を受けた。
